SocialSonar is an AI-native social listening platform that helps brands understand what people are saying about them across social media, news publishers, blogs, and online communities.

I joined the company during its earliest stages and later became the Founding Engineer, taking ownership of the platform's technical foundation and helping shape the product alongside the founders.

What I Built

From day one, I was responsible for building the platform end-to-end.

I designed the core architecture, developed large-scale data collection systems, and built the AI pipelines that transform raw online conversations into actionable insights for brands.

The platform continuously collects data from multiple sources, processes it through LLM-powered analysis pipelines, and surfaces relevant mentions, sentiment, trends, and emerging discussions in a unified dashboard.

• DevOps — Managed cloud infrastructure, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations.
• Internal Operations — Built dashboards and tooling used by both the team and business operations.
